Yours in WWW,
Coming up on September 15th to the 17th is the Section Conclave. This year, T’Kope is hosting Conclave at Camp Pigott. For this reason, we are wanting as many of our Arrowmen as possible to register as staff. If you would like to spend a weekend helping give Section W-1N an amazing weekend, please click here to sign up.
For any of you who are just going as a participant, you will still have a wonderful time! This year’s theme is superheroes, so we have many great activities including a Super Smash Brothers tournament and we are also hoping to get displays from all branches of the US military, Search and Rescue, the Sheriff’s department, and from the fire department. Along with these events, we will be having the ranges, COPE, whiffle ball golf, rock climbing, any many more other activities. Lastly, we will be hosting a patch auction at Conclave to send Arrowmen to the National Leadership Seminar.
See you all there!

Even though this lodge year is coming to a close, we are getting ready to close it with a bang! To close off this great year, we would like to invite you all to a weekend you won't want to miss. Our Spring Fellowship. Spring Fellowship will take place at Camp Pigott from June 16th to the 17th.
This year we will be having tons of fun activities for you to get involved in! We will be running a cardboard capture the flag game around camp, as well as tomahawks, slack lining, chapter sponsored games, possibly even low COPE, and, our new ice jello judo competition that will be going on throughout the day. You can see a photo from a past game bellow. There will also be tons of new board games and other fun activities for you to participate in.
Besides all the fun going on, we will also be hosting our Lodge Elections. This is another event that you do not want to miss. Whether you are running yourself, supporting a friend, or just going to place your vote, you are sure to meet someone new and have a great time.
To close this off, the early bird registration closes on Friday, June 9th. This means that the price will go from $25 to $40. Make sure you register now to get the low price and tons of fun, food, and fellowship!
