Klahowya Brothers,

Even though this lodge year is coming to a close, we are getting ready to close it with a bang! To close off this great year, we would like to invite you all to a weekend you won't want to miss. Our Spring Fellowship. Spring Fellowship will take place at Camp Pigott from June 16th to the 17th.

This year we will be having tons of fun activities for you to get involved in! We will be running a cardboard capture the flag game around camp, as well as tomahawks, slack lining, chapter sponsored games, possibly even low COPE, and, our new ice jello judo competition that will be going on throughout the day. You can see a photo from a past game bellow. There will also be tons of new board games and other fun activities for you to participate in.

Besides all the fun going on, we will also be hosting our Lodge Elections. This is another event that you do not want to miss. Whether you are running yourself, supporting a friend, or just going to place your vote, you are sure to meet someone new and have a great time.

To close this off, the early bird registration closes on Friday, June 9th. This means that the price will go from $25 to $40. Make sure you register now to get the low price and tons of fun, food, and fellowship!

Yours in Scouting,
Kyler H.

Klahowya Brothers!

As I write, sixteen of our brothers are cheerfully serving at Camp Pigott on our staff project. Currently we have two portions of the six on which we are working on the beach and are starting our generator (graciously provided by Alex B.) to operate our power saws which will be used to cut the lumber down to railing size.

Last night, we were unsure as to our ability to do this venture due to the storm, but right now the sky is cloudy with occasional sun breaks, there is not a drop of rain around, and the temperature is a comfortable forty-four degrees.

I will have a summary and pictures of the end result of our service at a later date, but for now here is a quick preview of what our brothers in our lodge are accomplishing.

Dear members of the T'Kope Kwiskwis Lodge,

My fellow brothers in the Wimachtendienk W. W., it is with great pleasure that I announce to you the beginning of the search for the 2017 T'Kope Kwiskwis Vigil Honor Class. This process over the next few months will allow you, the members of the lodge, to nominate eligible candidates for consideration by our committee.

The Vigil Honor is a high mark of distinction and recognition reserved for those Arrowmen who, by reason of exceptional service, personal effort, and unselfish interest, have made distinguished contributions beyond the immediate responsibilities of their position or office to one or more of the following: the T'€™Kope Kwiskwis Lodge, the Order of the Arrow, Scouting, or our Council'€™s Camps. Under no circumstances should tenure in Scouting or the Order of the Arrow be considered as reason enough for a Vigil Honor recommendation.

The Silver Beasilverbeaverver Award is the highest recognition that a council can award to its volunteers. It is only awarded to a few very deserving council members each year. Please join us in congratulating our Brother Lodge members in the 2016 Class of Silver Beavers.

Klahowya Brothers!

This first ordeal approaching us in April, we've got an opportunity to do something amazing. We'll have an operation for some cheerful service in the form of installing fishing docks around the Pigott lake. This is a task to be done by us arrowmen staffing the ordeal (in other words not the candidates) in the name of brotherhood, service, and demonstrating to the candidates that it is truly a lifelong commitment (and that they're not the only ones doing any work). To make this successful we please need bodies and tools. Bring any tools you think necessary. At this point we don't have all the details about what exactly needs to be done, so I can't advise exactly what to bring yet. Shovels, gloves, and hammers are your best bet probably, but be on the lookout for further information.

Klahowya and thank you for your service!
